As the newest epicurean addition to Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, Graze embodies a relaxed coastal environment in a contemporary setting where European cuisine meets the fresh, local flavors of Palm Beach. Overlooking the beautiful pool and ocean, you can choose to linger, tasting the freshly baked breads and a variety of dishes, enjoying a leisurely dining experience where even just one meal is guaranteed to be an escape.

Graze’s canopied terrace offers views of the Resort’s oceanfront pool terrace and lush tropical gardens. Inside, find an airy, contemporary setting with sunlight streaming through myriad windows. The menu entices the palette with light European fare inspired mainly by France and Italy with hints of other European countries also noticeable. “There’s an emphasis on simplicity in order to create relaxed, casual food,” says Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Executive Chef Darryl Moiles. “Recognizable items such as pastas, risottos, clean cuts of meats, and local produce prepared using classical techniques.”

At breakfast, choose from an array of European dishes (Prosciutto di Parma with melon or French Crêpes with spinach and Gruyere or Swiss cheese and fried egg), traditional favorites and healthy alternatives. During lunch and dinner, a selection of salads (such as Tuna Nicoise or Pulled Roast Chicken Salad ) with freshly baked breads, fine charcuterie and cheese boards are featured alongside a sea and land inspired menu (including Grilled Mahi Mahi with spring onion, shishito peppers, romesco, Sicilian green olives and marcona almonds, Herb Roasted Chicken Breast with mascarpone risotto and confit leg salad, or Marcona Almond Crusted Lamb Chops with roasted mushrooms, carrots, fennel mustard and red wine sauce).

Graze’s wine and cocktail menu also reflects the fusion of Europe and Palm Beach. Signature cocktails include the ‘Pompelmo’ (gin, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, basil and lime) and ‘The Parisian’ (house-made orangecello, champagne, orange bitters and sugar cube). You can also opt for the Wine Flights including Trip to Italy, Spain and France or Taste of Red and White.

Graze’s Chef D’Cuisine Jason Van Bomel adds “We were inspired by the classic dishes of Europe, but wanted to interpret them in a way that is both modern and whimsical, speaks to the locale of Palm Beach, and creates an overall fun dining experience.”
